REFUND POLICY

Section 03: Overview
You have the right, without giving a reason, to ask for a refund and cancelation of services within 14 days, if You purchased Goods as a one-time purchase (no recurring fees) or if You purchased Goods as yearly recurring fee (You pay our Goods once a year). The 14-day window starts when You purchase the item and pay for it. The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason does not apply to legal persons (e.g. companies, entrepreneurs).
In a case where You purchased monthly subscription for our Goods, You can cancel the subscription and get the full refund within 14 days, only in the first month of the subscription. Every other month after the first one, You can’t get the standard refund. If You cancel in the second month, or any other month after that, Your subscription will remain active for the number of days You have left inside the current month, and after the last day, Your subscription will be canceled, and You will not be billed anymore.
Section 04: Standard Returns
If You want to ask for a refund and cancelation of Goods, please contact our Support through email (You can find it in the last section) to begin the refund process. Support team will walk You through the process and help You. Please, contact support only from the email You are using within Sites and made purchase with in the first place. Please allow Us 24-72 hours to check the request and send You the feedback email.
As We are selling digital Goods, there is no shipping costs to be paid as there is no regular return.
Once We receive a request from You and check the request (Your email, request and date of purchase) refund will be authorized by the same method that the payment was made. Depending on Your financial institution, refunds can take up to 14 days to be credited to Your original payment method. In all cases We have the right to suspend the refund until the request is checked.
If You fail to meet the deadlines of our Refund policy, We will be unable to offer a refund.
Section 05: Defective goods
As We are selling digital Goods, there is no standard clause regarding the defective Goods.
If You are not satisfied with our Goods, You can ask for the refund and cancelation of Goods as stated in other sections of this Policy.
Section 06: Gifts and discounts
If You collected some kind of free gift from Us (through giveaway or as bonus while purchasing other Goods) those Goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Also, only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

This Policy may be updated by Us from time to time. We will inform You about the updates, by providing the new version of the Refund Policy. For this reason, We recommend You periodically visit our Sites, where You will always find the latest version of this Policy.
This Policy shall be applied from the date of announcement of it on our Sites.
This Policy applies only to the refunds for the Goods sold by our Company. Our Policy does not apply to the refunds for the Goods offered by other companies or individuals.
